Topic: Newbie Network is unreachable

I am trying to install a antivirus application, but my sme server seems not to be connected to the internet. I get the error Network is unreachable
What am I doing wrong

I changed some settings but still get this message:

[Errno 4] IOError [Errno socket error] host not found

Anybody who can help me??

Are u installing an AV on SME or your desktop machine?

Did you check the cables? Switch between internal and external nics. Is your ISP up and running?

What changes did you make?  On your desktop or SME? Did you change your DHCP setup in SME or desktop?

Try to be more specific!
