Yes. I test with 6.01-01, 6.5b2 and 6.5rc1. When I view TOP, the cpu is at 70 or 80 % of use.
I dude for this values because I suspect the intel motherboard, but not is the mb. The problen is present when I set the server(server/gateway) as DHCP client, because I use a D-Link router first as DHCP server. I don't have problem with this issue, because I use this server as test server, but if you need to configure yor sme server as DHCP client, take care with this bad issue.
This problem is not present when you cofigure as pppoe client or fix ip
