Setting up dynamic ip behind a dsl modem with nat

I have just set up my SME box (V6.1) and am a bit lost on how to get the dynamic dns updater working. Here is the confusing setup here.
1. dsl modem which has nat on at all times (can't bypass)
2. SME has a fixed ip address to talk to the dsl modem.
3. I have a registered domain on yi.org with dns hosting. (not just the free account).
My question is exactly which of the choices do I pick for this setup as I do not have to login to the isp from the nat'd side of things. I just need to have the updater handle updating yi.org if the outside address on the modem changes.

Find contrib with how-to for ddclient.
It runs on SME server and can check your routers external address by querying outside servers. I know by fack that it works well with dyndns.org, but setting it to work with yi.org should be much the same.
