Use the spamfilter_installbeta.sh  (last file in the directory...) it is for 6.5 and works fine.

Hey, thanks heeps, (I'd be stuffed without you)

The link above is wrong, I found the right script it's found here. (simple mistake, but others may be reading this, wondering whats going on)
http://sme.swerts-knudsen.com/downloads/SpamFilter/spamfilter_installbeta.sh

(hopefully that's the one you were talking about)

Some updates you might want to do to the script. (cause it's not working in it's current form). I went back through it to see what went wrong and this is what I found.

This file returned a 404 Not Found:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/swerts-knudsen/SpamFilter/e-smith-USA-0.3.5-1.noarch.rpm

Then the next file failed because it requires the last one:
http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/swerts-knudsen/SpamFilter/sme-spamfilter-1.2.0-1.noarch.rpm

But I found the file in the directory on your web site:
http://sme.swerts-knudsen.com/downloads/SpamFilter/e-smith-USA-0.3.6-1.noarch.rpm

So I installed it and then installed the second one (that required that one) and it worked!

Thanks for your help, I'm guessing that file has just been updated, and the install script hasn't.

Hi Smitro,
I e-mailed the errors from your post to Jesper, his address is on his website. Hopefully that will get it fixed.

About SA for 6.0, just found this in my logs:
16/05/05

/etc/cron.daily/run_usa:

Shutting down spamd: /etc/init.d/spamassassin: kill: (4009) - No such process
/etc/init.d/spamassassin: kill: (4008) - No such process
/etc/init.d/spamassassin: kill: (4007) - No such process
/etc/init.d/spamassassin: kill: (4006) - No such process
/etc/init.d/spamassassin: kill: (4005) - No such process
[   OK   ]
Starting spamd: ERROR!  spamassassin script is v3.000003, but using modules v3.000002!
[ FAILED ]

Stopping crond: [   OK   ]
Starting crond: [   OK   ]

Shutting down spamd: [ FAILED ]
Starting spamd: [   OK   ]

I also noticed that the four lines ending with - No such process are recorded in the message logs when shutting down the box.  Has anyone seen this?  Is it a serious problem?
Regards
chris
