I need to find where i can download the spamassassin for sme 5.6, i've been searching the web and had any luck.

You should download this in: http://spamassassin.apache.org and you install this manually  with procmail help

sme 5.6 is full of security problems, you should update to sme 6.0.1-01, being the latest stable release out there.  Then you can use Jesper's Spam Panel.

I was in the same position than you and I gave up to installing SpamAssassin in SME 5.6 as couldn´t a contrib that could work (actually I found one, but didn´t work).

Therefore you have 2 options:

1. Install ASSP, it worked for me some time ago, there is a nice howto, out there.

2. Upgrade to SME 6
