Topic: console automatically starts

hello..

i am having a wierd problem with one of my boxes (SME 6.01), whenever it boots up or whenever i ssh to it i get the configuration console (/sbin/e-smith/console) i have set the console mode to login, but after reboot it does the same.

anyone seen this before?

If you ssh in as "admin" you will always get the console. If you ssh in as root, you should never get the console (no matter what the configuration).

hang on a minute, i did not even know you could ssh in as admin.. i think one of my techies if doing that and not using root..
