Topic: Problems adding new user

Hello, I am running into some difficulties adding a new user to my e-smith 4.1.2 server.  When attempting to add a user, I get the errror

Error: account "beth" clashes with pseudonym details for pseudonym account "beth".

I am not showing any user account by that name, so I can't really delete it and try to readd her.  If anyone has any ideas, I'd be much appreciative.

Looks like my browser hung when I originally tried to add the account, so a pseudonym was created but not the actual account.
