Topic: LDAP Address Book Error at year 2005

The following error occurred at Year 2002 but did not found any solution shown at the Forum (Topic : LDAP Address Book Error). Does anyone has a solution to solve this problem since I also experienced after I installed the LDAP Global Address Book Modules:-
