Topic: FormMagick Patch

I have run across a panel error issue following a restore from an version 5.? to version 6.0.1-01.

Assuming this is based on the FormMagick bug problem, I have found the patch at:

I have attempted to run this patch on a few appropriately named files without much success.

Can anyone explain where the patch should be run to patch the correct files??
