when someone gets a chance!

My SME box has been running find for weeks and then all of a sudden I get the message below.
If someone could help me out or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I would simply reboot at this point, but if you want to untangle the mess with out rebooting and you believe it's a find process, try this.

ps -ax |grep find

This will give you the process ID (pid) for the find process.  Kill it with the command

kill -9 pid

If you think there may be other processes running you could do a top command and observe for a couple of minutes.  You'll pretty quickly be able to see if there are any processes either consuming all available cpu time.  "vim" is pretty good at eating up processor time if your ssh session ever crashes while you are in vi.

I hope this helps... but I'm a bit blind not being able to actually poke around the box.

I am using 6.0.1 SME.  Below is the log from a segment of the top command.  I still get the same page as before while trying to access either of my webpages.  http://www.zuelly.com or http://www.zuellyeproducts.com  Sometimes it gives a DNS error, but most of the time its the gateway error.  Soon, I'll just nuke the box and reload it.  I possibly made something mad when i nuked apache 1.3 and loaded 2.0.54 along with a c compiler and some other stuff it required.  If anyone has any ideas, let me know.  Thanks
