How do you plan to fix the remote host, i.e. the website which you tried to access which was not available?

You mentioned;
In server manager Review Configuration, do you have your DNS server setting to be same as Server IP ?

 :hammer:
The server ip is set to 192.168.1.1 and the DNS is set to "do not use dynamic DNS service" and the DHCP server is set to "enabled, using host numbers from 192.168.1.50 to 192.168.1.250"

Does that give you and clue to where to look or what's wrong?

Any help, pointers, or kicks in the ass appreciated.

Not that.

This...
Server Manager
Review Configuration
Server names
DNS server 192.168.x.x   ???

I was just checking that your DNS server is configured apropriately. When incorrectly set, it seems to cause a lot of people grief.

I think Charlies comment that the site was temporarily offline may be more likely to be your problem.
I can access that site OK.
