Hello all,
I need help to configure my e-smith server 4.1. I want to use a newsgroup server on my ISP but i'm not sure my e-smith server allows this. How to allow the connection on port 119 ?

e-smith doesn't do anything to block outbound connections to port 119.  I'm able to access my ISP's news servers with SME 5, and have been since the days of e-smith 3.something.  No configuration necessary.
