Topic: Couldn't find canonical DNS name of pop3.btconnect.com

Hello Everyone,

I've done a search for this problem on this excellent site and can't see where to make the Server recognise the pop3.btconnect.com.

When I put in the IP address 193.113.154.9 I can collect my e-mail once no matter what I set the collection rate at!  I have to set it back to pop3.btconnect.com in the secondary mail server.

I'm running an old version of E-Smith 5.12 and its only recently that this has started to happen.

Any suggestions would be most welcome
