Topic: two PPPoE connections with failover

Gooday

I have 2 isp's one is a wireless provider and the other
a ADSL provider.
I would like to use the smeserver for hosting of wesites and mail and for proxy to the local network, so i need the connections to work alternatly "if the one goes down the other should be activated and vise versa"

Is this possible?
Any ideas
Other solutions that could work also welcome

By the way both are dynamic ip's
