Network prob

I have a problem with my server lately. I switched motherboards very recently and since then, somehow my networkcard is using a 10Mbit connection for my LAN instead of the 100Mbit availability. Is there any way to set this straight within say the command prompt or something? I know it is using 10Mbit cause the LED's on my HUB indicate it...

Next to this problem, even if it is using 10Mbit, I should get more speed out of it then the 80k/s it is giving me now! I placed the HDD with e-smith on it on another computer, and the speeds are AWESOME (read: 2000k/s at the minimum). It has a PII-333Mhz processor with 128Mb's RAM.

Any ideas anyone? Upgrade the driver or something?

Thanks in advance!!
