Topic: HELP! admin no longer brings up the Setup console

Just got a new server to a client site and I have encounterd a new and intersting problem. The admin user no longer brings up the server setup program. It just gives an error telling me that rssh has dissabled shell access. I can change the shell to bash but that dosent bring up the setup program. Two questions how do I bring up the server program from root ( or admin with the bash shell), and second could someone post there /etc/passwd admin line, I think that is where the problem is
