Help for LDAP

Good morning,
A SME server 7 recently installed.
I've created 3 accounts. I've unlocked, and connect to webmail or with a mail client (Mozilla Tunderbird, Outlook) to each account => perfect it gone!
But when i read the LDAP address book, there is no error message but it's empty!!! I don't know why...
I try this commands i found in a website:
# delete old data
rm /home/e-smith/db/ldap/*ldif
rm /var/lib/ldap/*
# create data
/etc/e-smith/events/actions/ldap-rebuild
# start LDAP server
/etc/rc.d/init.d/ldap start

Nothing, the LDAP address book stays empty!

Do you know how to manualy write in the LDAP address book for server users reading ?

Thanks a lot, and sorry for my bad english...

if you have any problems at all with an alpha or beta release, you shouldn't be asking for help here - you should be reporting the problem to the developers (who don't read every post on the forum). The right place to report problems for 7.0 is to follow the bug tracker link at http://smeserver.sourceforge.net/.

Thanks.

PS 7.0beta1 is now out, and we'd appreciate testing and feedback.
