Topic: ATutor and other Apps

Web aplications like ATutor needs some subdir for writable content, this is disable in the SME, i tried to change by hand, like root that directory with:

chmod 777 /home/e-smith/files/ibays/atutor/html/content

But it still unwritable for the www user, so is unusable...

any body have an idea to make it aviable in rw- mode for www user?

what do you have for your ibay permissions?

I have not tried installing it yet.  goint to play with 7& beta first.  arcano did indicate in another post that it was not the permissions that were the problem but something else.

Indicated that the solution was on the ATutor forum.
