Topic: sme 7b2 problem with web hosting & email

I recently installed sme 7 beta2, I have trouble with my websites and email being displayed or accessing my email, I am able to view my website externally if i type the ip address and can only access email if i go through web mail using horde, horde did not work well in 7b1.

all configuration seems to be similar to 6.5

am i missing something important, in regards to making my website public and getting email internal & externally.

any info would be a great help, thanks

Point 1 - you shouldn't be using beta software on a production server.

Point 2 - you should report all problems to the developers, so they can find and fix them.

You can find the bug tracker for 7.0beta by following the link from http://smeserver.sourceforge.net/. Please search the bugs that are already there. The problems you have seen may already have been reported and diagnosed/fixed.

Thanks Charlie, I had no intension to use it for production use, just curious  as to see what 7b2 was about.

In future, I will go to the link provided to report any bugs from now on.
