Topic: Dns2go

Hello,

   Is anyone having problems with Dns2go?
I have been running dns2go for 6 months. Two weeks ago I notice that I could not connect to my Virtual domain It would go to my primary domain. I place an new topic about virtual domain not working here at e-smith. The responce was that my dns has some kind of problem so I called dns2go and the technician said that there servers had a major crash and they lost the simple password. He then said he would setup a redirect to
www.myserver/ibay to fix the problem with my virtual domain.

Well my primary domain stop resolving for 3 days and to the date my virual domain is still not working.

I called dns2go again and the said "my web server is not configure right and I sould talk to e-smith"

Would anyone like to help me fix this. Please

Any suggestion ?


I have notice one problem with my server SME v5
the httpd-e-smith will not start when I boot the server.
I don't know if this has anything to do with this.

I have posted already about this in the experiance forum
