Topic: Installing SME Server 6.0.1 on Shuttle XPC

I am intending to install SME Server on Shuttle XPC but not sure which model to get. Has anyone tried installing before? Appeciate if anyone can share your experience. Thanks.

Hi,

  I have an opintion about the Shuttle XPC... It's a great little box, but be careful if you are a consultant and using this box with a customer.

  First... check to see if your unit's power supply is available for resell or if you have to send in your XPC and have them send back a replacement.  That's not cool.   As it turns out only a few of their models have power supply replacement.

  Second.  They are really cool and quiet.

  Third, they the newer models are all SATA and will not work with SME 6.0.1.
