Hi
I've being connecting to my office lan from my home..
scenario is as follows:
office lan:
SME 6.0.1 as server and gateway (adsl w/public fixed ip on external nic)
wireless router on internal nic (wired to sme)wireless network
home:
Adsl router Dynamic ip
Windows XP pro( )
Usually I use VPN connect.
when i connect, all other connection activities are redirected through vpn
I wonder if there is a more direct way of secure connection, I cannot declare my computer as a local network as it´s not fixed ip...
thanks a lot in advance

Hi Alejandro

Go to Control panel, then Network connections, then double click the entry for the VPN, then click "properties", and choose the "Networking" tab, select the TCP/IP entry, and click "properties", then click "advanced" and unset "use default gateway on remote network", should do it!

Cheers

oh, and I forgot to say - you also need to click "negotiate multi-link for single link connection" under "settings" on the "network" tab.

Good luck
