Topic: open_basedir restriction problems for horde

Hey Guys,

I have a problem with horde and phpmyadmin just returning a blank page, the message log indicates this is down to the "open_basedir restriction in effect"

I know how I  overcome this within an ibay but how can I fix this when running outside and ibay?

SME Server 6.0.1-01 with PHP 4.3.9
