Topic: passwords: setup forced expire/forced length?

Is there a way to setup SME V5 to force expiration of passwords after a set time (like 30 days), and also force passwords to be a minimum length (like 6-8 characters?  Even better would be to force alpha AND numeric passwords (like "abcd1234", as well as "remember" the last # (some number) of passwords.

Ideas/suggestions?  Thanks.
