How can I limit the shipment and reception of mail in SME?

About maximum size email, yes. Not minimum. There is no minimum, and no simple way that I know to adjust it.

Hey Charlie, just for semantics fun.
Wouldn't specifying a very low maximum size effectively set a "minimum" size message ?

Sorry should have put it better, like Ray   but that's what I meant what ever your max size would have been the min I would have wanted to set...
