Topic: Can't recieve mail from some mailservers

SME 5.0 with Update - SME Server V5.0 Update 3
I have a problem to recieve mail from some mailservers. I read this in maillog:

Dec  7 18:43:12 mail smtpd[6161]: smtp connection from UNKNOWN@xxx.se(
IP-adress) MAIL FROM: RCPT TO: , allowed by line 152 of /etc/smtpd_check_rules
Dec  7 18:43:12 mail smtpd[6161]: Recipient
Dec  7 18:43:12 mail smtpd[6161]: EOF on client fd.  At least they could say go
odbye!

I have this problem with at least two senders. Is the problem with my mailserver or the senders mailserver? I have RAV antivirus installed.
