I have installed esmith and got it all runnning nice except the net connection is very very slow, so slow that it is faster to dial up to the net on my windows box, so does anyone know what the problem maybe?
Also i am trying to use mirc via the box and keep on getting this message:
*** Connecting to yoyo.vic.au.austnet.org (7000)
*** Firewall: Connection rejected/failed
And finally, i have a dynamic domain: dirtypenguin.darktech.org, is there anyway i can use this as my ident in mirc, when i am on at the moment it is:
bobjob(bob@i166-143.nv.iinet.net.au) is there anyway to set it up so it says :bobjob(bob@pc-00010.dirtypenguin.darktech.org) or something like that.
