Topic: E-mails from hotmail are sent to Junkmail

Since using SME 7.0. It appears that any e-mails that come from hotmail accounts are sent to my junkmail. I have added them to my whitelist however they still go to junkmail. Does anyone know why ? Or how to accept e-mails form hotmail accounts?

As has been stated here many times, please report any problems with new installations via the bug tracker. See link on the left. Thanks.

I have read the forums and I am aware of the bug tracker. What I have not  seen are any posts reguarding this matter. Wanted to make sure it wasn't just me, because if it is then it wouldn't need to be posted as a bug. From your response I take it no one can get e-mails from hotmail and you are having the same issue.

No, even if it was just you we want you to report it via the bug tracker. We want all malfunctions, no matter how small, to be reported via the bug tracker as soon as you see them. We'll work out, with your help, whether it is a bug or not. Thanks.
