Where do I get a NTP server?

On your e-smith-manager page, go under Configuration, select Date and Time, then scroll down to the bottom.  Tick the check box for Enable NTP Service, and put in the IP of nearby time host.  Clients on your internal LAN will be able to use the SME box as their time server, with its internal IP address as the host.
