Topic: Flushing the Squid cache.

Can somebody tell me the procedure for flushing the squid cache. I have tried doing it the same way as i used to on earleir version but squid seems to restart imediatley and does not allow me to flush it.

Any help is appreciated.

Why do you want to flush the squid cache? If you think there is particular out of date information in the cache, you can refresh it using the correct controls on your browser. I think it is shift-F5 for IE, and shift-reload for netscape/mozilla.

Control+F5 for IE and i think Firefox.
