Topic: Blank Software installer page

I am running 7.0rc1, and I check the Configuration/software Installer page often to see if there is any new updates, (I have the system checking daily).  The Installer page indicates that there is/are updates, but when I click on the "Install available updates", I am taken to the update screen with no list whatsoever of availbale updates.  Any suggestions as to what is happening?
