Topic: Spam Filter - can't whitelist sender

I get daily emails from a local auction house, after transferring our server to a new box and installing a clean install of sme7rc2, the mails are being dropped into the spam folder.
I have added them to the whitelist in webmail and about 1 in 20 actually gets through, the rest are still ending up in the spam folder.
I've looked at the rules from within webmail and it looks like the whitelist gets filtered first, so I can't understand why it doesn't appear to be working.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I am not sure if adding to the white list in webmail also adds it to spamassassin, but I know the above methode works.

Thanks for that, I've added it and it's showing in the whitelist.
I'll just have to wait for the next email to see how it goes.
