Jerry,

No, webmin is not supported with e-smith.  However you can use the great features included with e-smith, like the server-manager if you are connected to the server via a lan or VPN (Not via internet).  Also available is ssh telnet.  Which is an encrypted telnet session that you can use to configure the server from anywhere.
