Todo el proceso me funciona, el tunel ok, ping a los tuneles ok, dev TUN0 ok, pero no logro ver a las pc de los redes locales.

Hi,
Maybe if you put it in English you might get more help.
I think what you are after is vpn connection between two sme servers?
I have achieved exactly what you are after using IPSec encryption on SME6 but have not tried it using SME7. See this thread:

Maybe you missed this step:
For the route above to stick between events on the sme7 machine you will need to add the VPN address range on the other side of the tunnel as a local networks in the server-manager (
https://yoursme7server/server-manager
, login as admin)under the Security section. Add a local network "10.12.12.0" with gateway "10.4.0.1"
On both servers?

You can manually add the route but I can't figure out how to get this to stay after a reboot.
Code:
[Select]
route add -net 10.12.12.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 10.4.0.1
