We are currently using SME server and are looking at the address book and has anyone been able to only display certain users in the address book. Since the SME is used as our emailserver there are accounts that are created that should not be displayed in the address book like the account for our anti-virus software, and we utlize accounts that are for internal processes and should not be displayed in the Addressbook. We also have a high user turnover rate and we must monitor their email boxes after they leave it would be nice if they were not displayed in the addressbook.
I have searched the forums and Googled the net and have not been able to find the answer to this. If anyone has an idea or recommendation I would be very interested in hearing it. It would be nice if a tick box was available in the user account to display or not display this user in the addressbook were available.
I am not a programmer but would be willing to work with anyone who would like to create an contrib to add this functionality.
