First Question - Is the Recycle Bin for users enabled? If not how do I enable this. NOTE: I know how to enable for Ibays...

Second Question - How do I set the permissions for the Recycle Bin? What is happening is the when user one deletes a file in ibay {share} it creates the Recycle Bin. User one is able to go into the Recycle Bin and see the file.
User two goes to ibay {share} and goes to the Recycle Bin and gets access not allowed.

Note: permissions - drwx--S---  UserOne  Shared     Recycle Bin

Third Question - Recycle Bin: excluded files in the template 10recyclebin for ibays shows a list of excluded files. When the Recycle Bin is enabled for a given ibay is this list included in the setting for the Recycle Bin? If not how do I include excluded files for the Recycle Bin.

No it's not enabled, the answer to enable is in the Bug Tracker for this one.

This was raised as a new bug today, it appears a bug with samba.
