Topic: upgrade users and email only 6.01 to 7

Please don't shoot me for asking this, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
Old server 6.01-01 custom (Not easy to upgrade)
New server 7.0
I'd like to copy the following info to the new server
-Users
-Emails
-Passwords
I'm looking at using 'backup to workstation' but I'm not sure what directories I need to copy.

Also do a search on imapcopy. I upgraded from 5.6 to 7.0. I created the users on 7.0 then used imapcopy to copy all the mail from the 5.6 machine. Of course if you have a lot of users it may still be a lot of work.
