I have a similar case. Tried to read messages from this forum but did not quite understand it all.
At the moment I have 3 domains in use and I'm using Ispconfig for handling these. Works fine but for other reasons I am willing to change them into Smeserver.
Is there a simple way to move these Joomla sites to Smeserver ?
Including database restore and safe installation ?
Some say that it is not wise to use i-bays on these. Instead installing to /opt is the best way ?

Thanks,

Jysse

Using ibays will limit you the numbers of domains you can have. Using multiple joomla sites should not be a problem, install them manually instead of using the RPMs.
