when i read i text on imp (horde webmail) this is showing in special spanish characters:
"anzado que comenzar� a dictarse el d�a marte"
where is � the real char is a vocal with accent like this: í or á ,
i thinks thats the php.ini had the charset bad config, but only happend on horde, and if i mod the php.ini i have the same error
somebody can helpme?
