Hi all,

My problem was to deal with leading zero's and country codes.

For nice dialing with Selintra and PSTN (in my case Dutch KPN) please edit ZAP header file in Headers.

pridialplan=unknown ; unknown is needed for kpn netherlands and maybe others
prilocaldialplan=unknown ; unknown is needed for kpn netherlands and maybe others
signalling=pri_cpe
nationalprefix=0
internationalprefix=00

Using: Sweex ISDN board in TE mode

Regards,
Marcel :lol:

Good stuff Marcel,

As you know, we only have an ISDN Network simulator, we have no real ISDN lines so this is great input.

How do you fancy doing a short BRI Howto for the docs pages?

Kind Regards

Selintra

If your Sweex HFC-pci card (in holland they go for less than 25 Euro) is not recognised you can add it to the selintra-work database.

Follow the Selintra docs (http://81.149.154.14/docs/cgi-bin/view/Main/DocChapter258) to find out your card's Vendor and card ID and its Subsystem ID's. Then for HFC card use the following lines but replace V, C and S with the Vendor, Card and Subsystem id's as found following the above stated Selintra docs page:

/sbin/e-smith/db selintra-work set pci:VVVV:CCCC:SSSS:SSSS sysdev
/sbin/e-smith/db selintra-work setprop pci:VVVV:CCCC:SSSS:SSSS probe zaphfc zzeor EOR

Regards,
jester.

Jeff,

I think in the Selintra-docs (DocChapter258) for adding off-standard PCI Cards, the line that is used for adding the properties of the new off-standard card (near the end of the page) should read:

/sbin/e-smith/db selintra-work setprop pci:e159:0001:b1d9:0003 probe wctdm zzeor EOR

Kind regards,
jester.

Quote
(near the end of the page) should read:

Oops  :oops: - You are quite correct.  I have updated the entry.

Btw guys - if you come across a new code (we now know there are several just for the TDM400) or card that works then please let us know and we'll update the selintra database for the next release.

Thanks guys
