How to avoid downloading in workstations?

How to avoid downloading in workstations?

HELLO

I can filter websites using dansguardian but when I install Limewire or BitTorrent it can download files using this application software, and I want to avoid this thing...

Can anyone know how to restrict downloading? Im using SME7.0 server...
