Topic: SpamAssasin?

There are many posts mentioned about "SpamAssasin". Does it mean "ASSP"? Do I need to add it on SME 7.0? Doesnt SME 7 include a email filtering mechanism? Is it enough for mail filtering purpose? Sorry for asking that. I am just a beginner. Thank you
