Topic: user home directories

I have a few ftp users that I need to chage the home directory on.  When they login now, they go straight to their home directory.  I want to change that to a specifc directory on an ibay.  How would i go about doing this?  Is this possible?  I know this is probably a noob question, but with the way sme is built, I didn't want to try and change anything without getting some input first.
