Hi Tib,
In the new vertion of sail/sark how can I tell what Trunk I'm using.
Er...
Not sure you can. The whole idea was that in an industrial environment we get seamless failover. I have sometimes thought that we should log failures into the error log and maybe even send an e-mail to admin when a trunk other than the primary is selected but other than that it's supposed to just get the job done on whatever line(s) are available.
You can of course, either use a carrier pre-select code (which you define in trunks) and dial that first, in which case ONLY the trunk you've selected will be used, or maybe not have any failover paths in your route, but that kind of defeats the exercise.
Thinking about it, maybe we could put a "beep" onto the line when we failover, how does that sound? (er... sounds like a beep - Doh!). You know what I mean.

Kind Regards
Selintra
