I have made a package 'smeserver-mrtg-qmailstats' that shows graphical statistics of Qmail local/remote deliveries, Qmail deferred/failed delivery Attempts and qpsmtpd total/queued connections.
The package is located in http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/michaelw/sme7/
