You also don't want to scare off our users, dammit. I don't care who Charlie is, or where he's from. Rude is rude. If he can't take the time to answer questions in a thoughtful manner that doesn't demean the questioner, then he doesn't need to be answering the forums at all.
Ban me if you must, but there are too many rude I.T. snobs out there. I am tired of it.
