Topic: lm sensors problem

I have a "unwritten driver" for my board I have managed to find this:

but I can't figure out what exactly needs to be done with it. I realize that this is a patch file but I have know idea as to how to apply it and everything that
I have tried errors out.

I get the following at sensors-detect
