Topic: DLink DI 804 HV router and SME gateway server setup problem

Hello,

I installed SME 7 gateway + server mode. The installation was OK.

Internal IP  192.168.10.1  255.255.255.0
External IP  10.0.0.3  255.255.255.0    Gw 10.0.0.1

Dlink Router WAN:  My public IP
Dlink Router LAN:   10.0.0.1  255.255.255.0

Client PCs:   192.168.10.X  255.255.255.0   Gw 192.168.10.1

From SME Console: Ping to 192.168.10.X  without problem, but Ping to 10.0.0.1 failed.

If I connect my laptop (10.0.0.102) in the router>  Ping to router 10.0.0.1 ok, but ping to 10.0.0.3 rejected.

I followed installation procedures but I dont know what is wrong.

You have 2 gateways and two diffrent subnets: The SME and the DLINK. You can try to install SME in server only mode to disable SME Firewall. Did you already add an additional local subnet under server-manager local networks?
