I have a back log of email sitting in the queue.  Can anyone help me sort this problem out?

Don't know how but I got email flowwing again, but not I'm getting the following email message

I am new to SAIL SME Server v8b6 and have been using SME for many years.
I have already done some research and only ask questions if I still can't work it out.
