I have installed a SME server on a HP ML110 using a SATA RAID with twin 160GB HDD. I have setup the mirror through hardware and the system is now running headless.

I was wondering if there is any contrib/software that I could use that would interface with the Server-Manager panel to allow me to monitor the status of the RAID.

Probably not. HP provide some software (e.g. hpasm) for monitoring their hardware, but they don't give a license for others to distribute that software, so it's not included in distributions and probably won't be bundled into contribs.
